Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on downloaded files.

However, we stand behind everything we create at Aunt Linny 100%. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at auntlinnyplay@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.

What this means:

• Digital downloads cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded
• If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, we will resolve it promptly
• If you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase, reach out and we will work with you
